Count As High As Possible!

You have to count as high as possible before I, (or a moderator), come along and post, telling you to start over! You can only post one number per post, and also, you cannot post if you were the most recent person to "count".
A good example:
A: 1
B: 2
A: 3
Me: Start over!
D: 1
B: 2
A bad example:
A: 1
A: 2
Me: Start over!
B: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
A good example:
A: 1
B: 2
A: 3
Me: Start over!
D: 1
B: 2
A bad example:
A: 1
A: 2
Me: Start over!
B: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
